Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc. was founded in October 1988. The founders held ownership roles in prior companies and desired to start a company where they could both be actively involved in the day-to-day business and construction operations in order to provide their attention to each and every project. Those principles are still with us today. The owners are actively involved in the day-to-day business, attending all job meetings and working with the customer to produce the best value in their projects. Frank Lemay, one of the founders, has 35 years of construction and engineering experience. Frank is a civil engineering graduate from Northeastern University and a registered structural engineer. As an engineer, Frank will work with the architect in the development of the design of the project. He provides his cost estimating and engineering knowledge to develop the maximum value in every project. Frank manages the day-to-day financial operations of the company along with the project management. David Baer will develop the CPM schedule for all projects and monitor them on a daily basis. David is the general superintendent overseeing all field operations. David spent ten years as a project superintendent. He has over 20 years of construction experience and is an accomplished finish carpenter. Brian Gehris is the lead project manager. Brian is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. He has over ten years experience in field and management operations. All individuals are closely involved in every project. Geoff Lemay handles the estimating, along with Brian and Frank, developing all estimates on a team approach.

Together they have built a company with a core group of seasoned construction professionals. Professional Superintendents, Carpenters, and Engineers most of whom have been with the company since their early beginnings.
