Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Frank H. Lemay and William C. Giles. The company started in an 8X10 room in Concord, New Hampshire. The company grew through a tough recession in the early 1990's and established itself as a premier construction and engineering company in the State of New Hampshire performing over seventeen million dollars in construction in 2001.
