Frank H. Lemay, P.E., President
Frank Lemay is a thirty-seven year veteran of the construction industry and the owner and founder of Milestone. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, and a registered professional engineer.
David Baer, General Superintendent
David has been with Milestone for fifteen years, having started as a carpenter, moved on to project superintendent, and for the last five years has been the general superintendent. David attended Plymouth State College.
Brian Gehris, Project Manager/Estimator
Brian is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology. Brian has seventeen years of construction experience and has been with Milestone for twelve years.
Geoffrey Lemay, Project Manager/Estimator
Geoffrey has been with Milestone since 1996 starting as a laborer while in school, working up through the carpentry trades and moving into the office in 2005. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Mark Goldstein, Project Superintendent
Mark has been with Milestone for all of our twenty-one years. His experience spreads across a variety of construction including the recently completed building at the New Hampshire Institute of Art, the renovations to the University of New Hampshire at Manchester, the new Academic Science Building of Tilton School, and the additions and renovations to Weld Hall at Holderness School.
Dora Greco, Office Manager
Dora is a graduate of the New Hampshire Career Institute. She has a bachelor degree in business management with an emphasis on accounting through Kaplan University. Dora handles the management of the office including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, profit management accounting, and general office management.
Nicole Leonard, Administrative Assistant
Nicole has been with Milestone since 2010. She has a bachelor degree in Accounting with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Nicole handles the marketing, is an assistant to the project managers, and does general administrative duties.
