Frank H. Lemay, P.E., Principal in Charge, President
Frank Lemay has over forty-six years of experience in the construction industry and is the owner and founder of Milestone. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, and a registered professional engineer.

David Baer, Principal, General Superintendent
David has been with Milestone since 1995 having started as a carpenter, moved on to project superintendent, and is now  the general superintendent. David is a skilled craftsman and knows quality construction. He oversees all field operations, will develop the schedule for all projects, and monitors them on a daily basis. He attended Plymouth State College.

Brian Gehris, Principal, Project Manager/Estimator
Brian has been with Milestone since 1998. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and has over twenty five years of construction experience. He has worked as a carpenter and a supervisor and is now our lead project manager.

Mark Goldstein, Principal, Project Manager/Estimator
Mark has been with Milestone since 1988.  He has over forty years experience in the construction industry. He is currently on the Board of Directors for AIA New Hampshire, a board member on the U.S. Green Building Council and a Board Member of NH Architects & Engineers Emergency Response Task Force.

Geoffrey Lemay, Principal, Project Manager/Estimator
Geoffrey has been with Milestone since 1996, starting as a laborer while in school, working up through the carpentry trades and moving into the office in 2005. Geoff is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Dora Greco, Office Manager
Dora has been with Milestone since 2005. She is a graduate of the New Hampshire Career Institute and has a bachelor degree in business management with an emphasis on accounting through Kaplan University. Dora handles the management of the office including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, profit management accounting, and general office management.

Nicole Leonard, Office Administrator/Marketing 
Nicole has been with Milestone since 2010. She has a bachelor degree in Accounting with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Nicole handles the marketing, is an assistant to the project managers, and does general administrative duties.
