• Milestone has been selected as construction manager on the new South Cove Recreation Building at Eastman in Grantham, New Hampshire. The architect is Warrenstreet Architects. The building will be designed to LEED building standards to obtain LEED certification.
• Holderness School has selected Milestone as the construction manager for the Additions and Renovations to Weld Hall at Holderness School. Work is underway and will be completed in the fall of 2008. This will be Milestone’s seventh major project for Holderness School. ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge is the architect.
• Milestone is constructing dormitory renovations to Colby Hall, McKean Hall, and Shepherd Hall at Colby Sawyer College this summer. Dignard Architectural Services is the architect.
• Milestone is constructing lobby renovations, a bookstore, a Moot court, and office renovations for Franklin Pierce Law Center at their existing facility in Concord, New Hampshire. DC Designs of Concord is the architect. Completion is scheduled for September 2008.
• Milestone is renovating a 17,000 square foot former theater building at PC Connection in Merrimack into offices. Sheerr McCrystal Palson is the architect.
• Milestone recently completed a design/build contract with the University of New Hampshire to construct a 10,000 square foot addition to the Chase Ocean Engineering Building on campus. Warrenstreet Architects is designing the project.
• Milestone has just completed a contract for warehouse renovations for New Hampshire Distributors in Concord, New Hampshire. Jordan Design PLLC is the architect. Work is underway and scheduled to be completed by spring 2008.
• Milestone has recently completed the Lebanon Dialysis Center for Fresenius Medical Care in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Lavallee/Brensinger, PA is the architect for the project.
• Milestone recently completed a showroom expansion to Bob Mariano Jeep Dodge in Concord, New Hampshire. Warrenstreet Architects is the architect.
• Construction is complete on Gateway Plaza, a 6,500 square foot retail shopping center in Concord. John S. Jordan Design is the architect.
• Milestone has recently completed an addition to the Paul Smith School in Franklin, New Hampshire. The H. L. Turner Group in Concord is the architect/engineer.
• Milestone has completed the new Slusser Senior Center in Hopkinton, New Hampshire. Sheerr McCrystal Palson was the architect.
