Milestone has recently completed the construction of two student/faculty residence halls at Holderness School, designed by Samyn D'Elia Architects. The buildings have been awarded LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

 

Milestone has started construction of a 40,000 square foot office addition in Stratham, New Hampshire. The project also includes 25,000 square feet of office and cafeteria renovations. The project is being designed by Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects.

 

Milestone has started construction renovations and additions to the Concord Food Coop in Concord, New Hampshire.  DC Designs Architects of Concord is the Architect.

 

Plan New Hampshire has awarded Milestone the 2011 Merit Award for the New Hampshire Institute of Art Studio, Classroom and Residence hall at 88 Lowell Street in Manchester. The building was designed by Dennis Mires,The Architects, PA.

 

The New Hampshire Preservation Alliance has awarded the 2011 Preservation Achievement award to the Ashland Historic School. The project was designed by Samyn D'Elia Architects and build by Milestone.

 

The New Hampshire Aviation Historic Society has opened the Slusser Aviation Learning Center addition constructed by Milestone. Sheerr McCrystal Palson Architecture designed the addition.

                                                                                            

The New Hampshire chapter of the AIA has awarded the 2011 Merit Award for Renovation to the Ashland Historic School. Milestone is the general contractor. Samyn D'Elia Architects of Ashland is the architect.

 

Renovations to The University of New Hampshire School of Law have been completed. The 12,700 square foot addition was designed by DC Designs Architects of Concord.

 

Mennino Place owned by CATCH Neighborhood Housing is nearly complete. Warrenstreet Architects of Concord is the architect. The project will provide forty five units of affordable housing.

 

The Manchester Historic Association has awarded a 2010 Adaptive Reuse Historic Preservation Award for the Renovations to 88 Lowell Street for the New Hampshire Institute of Art. Dennis Mires, PA, The Architects of Manchester is the Architect.

The American Institute of Art - New Hampshire Chapter has awarded a 2010 Merit Award for the Relocation, Renovation, and Addition to 88 Lowell Street for the New Hampshire Institute of Art. Dennis Mires, PA, The Architects of Manchester is the Architect.
