Milestone constructed the Grappone Honda facility. Grappone Honda is a state-of-the-art dealership designed to Honda corporate standards for sales and service, including the showroom, service, and rental parts services. The project was designed by Stenbach Architects.

Milestone worked with Grappone Toyota to completely renovate and add on to their sales and service operation. Working with Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA, the renovations were accomplished while maintaining all day to day business in operation with minimal impact.

Working with the architectural firm Sherman Greiner Halle, Milestone designed a new Lovering Volvo sales and service facility in Nashua, New Hampshire. Originally a Howard Johnson Restaurant, the location was renovated into a dealership facility. Milestone constructed a new facility while maintaining operations in the old facility through the completion of the project. The new facility was occupied and the original facility demolished. The project was designed by Warrenstreet Architects.

Lovering Volvo in Meredith, New Hampshire, is a satellite for the Concord operation. This small concept dealership needed to provide all the dealership’s requirements in a small footprint. The building includes a showroom, offices, service area, and customer waiting. It also needed to meet the stringent downtown architectural criteria for the Town of Meredith. The result is one of the nicest Volvo dealerships in New England. The building received an achievement award from the New Hampshire “Main Street” program. The project was designed by Samyn D'Elia Architects.
