Concord Downtown
Concord, NH
The Laconia Savings Bank downtown branch in Concord includes the restoration of the historic Woodman Building on North Main Street, a lobby addition to the rear of the building, and a new drive-up building. Milestone worked as the construction manager with the bank as they acquired the Woodman Building, the former house of the Red Cross, and the adjacent vacated Cumberland Farms, and merged the two properties. The Cumberland Farms property previously included gas pumps and the groundwater at the site was contaminated. Milestone orchestrated the construction of the new building as the site was remediated. Milestone also worked with the State Division of Historic Resources and the local Heritage Commission to restore the brick work on the Woodman Building. Bellwether Community Credit Union
Nashua, NH
Milestone constructed this 9,800 square foot building for Bellwether Community Credit Union's new Nashua branch. The building has many unique systems including the copper cladding, bell tower, and automated teller systems. The second floor is utilized as rental office space. The project was designed by Dennis Mires, PA, The Architects.
New Hampshire Community
Loan Fund
Concord, NH
Milestone was construction manager for the construction and renovation of a three-building campus for the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. Milestone renovated two former houses and added a connecting addition to create a 14,000 square foot office building as well as renovating the other two locations for office use. The project was designed by CN Carley Associates.
Primary Bank
Concord, NH
This historical restoration in downtown Concord was designed by Bruce Brook. The original storefront was restored to complement downtown Concord. The interior replicates the original look of the building with tin ceilings and millwork.
