Milestone constructed a complete renovation as well as two additions to the Anderson Hall at Brewster Academy. The project includes the complete renovation of the stage and audience seating area to accommodate the acting program as well as the music program. A new entrance was added for the audience arriving from the campus.
In addition, the back stage area included a set deign and construction area behind the stage, storage area for the Wenger Performance shell, a new “green room” for the actors and musicians, new public bathrooms, a elevator for accessibility and a fly bridge to handle lighting and performance sets.
The building started it’s life as a large barn, which eventually became a church, and is now a performance venue resulting in structured challenges.
The building accommodates all of the performance and music programs for Brewster Academy.
