Lindt and Sprungli USA has been a client of Milestone since 1988. This 100,000 square foot state of the art climate controlled warehouse facility provides all storage for the Lindt & Sprungli US operations. This state-of-the-art warehouse utilizes super flat concrete floors for high rack storage. The building was constructed in a seven month time period to meet the demands of Lindt & Sprungli’s seasonal sales requirements. The factory retail store is a landmark in the Lindt & Sprungli operation. The architect for the project was JSA, Inc. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

This 11,000 square foot pharmacy building constructed for Twenty Nine Rockingham Trust was one of the first of the New England design utilizing a clapboard exterior to complement the New England landscape. The project was designed by Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects.

Milestone constructed all ticketing, baggage, operations and gate facilities for the Southwest Airlines Terminal at Manchester Airport. This comprehensive build out which touched every part of the airport was done in a high security atmosphere and required a coordinated management of all suppliers and subcontractors to meet Southwest Airlines demanding Ninety day construction schedule while maintaining all security arrangements. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.

Milestone constructed this 10,000 square foot expansion to the Garnet Hill Headquarters and Operator Services Facility in Franconia, New Hampshire along with performing extension renovations to the existing facility. The project was staged as so to maintain twenty four hour day operations of the Garnet Hill Call Center for their catalog sales operation. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.
