| Lindt and Sprungli USA
has been a client of Milestone since 1988. This 100,000 square foot
state of the art refrigerated warehouse facility provides all storage
for the Lindt & Sprungli US operations. This state of the art
warehouse utilizing super flat concrete floors for high storage. The
building was constructed in a seven month time period to meet the
demands of Lindt & Sprungli’s seasonal sales requirements.
The factory retail store is a landmark in the Lindt & Sprungli
operation. The architect for the project was JSA, Inc. of Portsmouth,
New Hampshire. |

with the owner and the developer a very aggressive schedule that could
be guaranteed so that they did not have to lease space at another
location. Starting construction on October 19, 1992, the building
was completed on February 26,1993. |

| Uni-Care is an institutional
pharmacy, operating seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five
days a year. This pharmacy had to be online at all times during the
construction of the project. Milestone started the breakdown of the
entire pharmacy operation at exactly 9:00 PM on a Friday, and at 10:00
AM the next morning, the new pharmacy was completely operational. |

the Health First Family Care Center. The project consisted of the
renovation of an existing funeral home facility with an addition to
accommodate the services of this multi care facility. Sherman Griener
Halle Ltd of Concord, New Hampshire designed the project. |

It serves as a daycare center for the employees of Presidential Oaks. |

| Working with the architectural
firm Sherman Greiner, Halle, Milestone designed a new Lovering Volvo
sales and service facility in Nashua, New Hampshire. Originally a
Howard Johnson Restaurant, which was formerly renovated into a dealership
facility. Milestone constructed a new facility while maintaining operations
in the old facility through the completion of the project. The new
facility was occupied and the original facility demolished. |

| This historical restoration

was restored to complement downtown Concord. The interior replicates

all ticketing, baggage, operations and gate facilities for the Southwest
Airlines Terminal at Manchester Airport. This comprehensive build
out which touched every part of the airport was done in a high security
atmosphere and required a coordinated management of all suppliers
and subcontractor’s to meet Southwest Airlines demanding Ninety
day construction schedule while maintaining all security arrangements. |
