Milestone renovated the Concord Hospital Cafeteria in a three-phase effort, which kept all food service operations online at all times. The project consisted of the complete renovation and expansion of the cafeteria serving area, seating, and the “Grab-n-Go”. The project required close coordination with the hospital staff so as not to adversely affect the operating room below and the adjacent kitchen operations for the hospital. Uni-Care is an institutional pharmacy, operating seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year. Milestone designed and constructed the Uni-Care Health Services of New Hampshire institutional pharmacy. The facility included the pharmacy, corporate offices and warehousing.

Milestone worked with Franklin Regional Hospital on the development and construction of the Health First Family Care Center. The project consisted of the renovation of an existing funeral home facility with an addition to accommodate the services of this multi care facility. Sherman Griener Halle Ltd of Concord, New Hampshire designed the project.

Milestone constructed additions and renovations to the Fernald Building at Rockingham County Nursing Home for Independent Living Suites. The project presented a number of logistical challenges. The floor below, which Milestone accessed for utilities, contained the county food service operations, which runs twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, the floor above, which Milestone also renovated, contained a dementia ward. Milestone was brought in early to monitor design and schedule. The project was designed by Warrenstreet Architects.

Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc. constructed five building additions and the complete renovation of the Hanover Hill Health Care Center while the facility was 100% occupied. This difficult project entailed impact to every portion of the building. The project required day-to-day coordination with staff as work progressed. Milestone was brought in at the preliminary stages and developed design/development and guaranteed maximum price budgets. The schedule was developed, monitored, and constantly changed to accommodate building operations. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.

The Lebanon Dialysis Center is an 11,000 square foot dialysis center providing services to the Upper Valley. The facility includes dialysis treatment rooms, office facilities, laboratory space, and an extensive treatment room. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.

Milestone was the construction manager for the construction of a 12,500 square foot Hyder Family Hospice House. The building houses fourteen hospice care units for the terminally ill along with office facilities, a family room, a kitchen, and a chapel. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.

This daycare renovation designed by the architectural firm of Sherman Greiner Halle Ltd. sits within the independent living, extended care and nursing facility at Presidential Oaks. The unique design is both attractive and functional. It serves as a daycare center for the employees of Presidential Oaks.
