Milestone renovated what was formerly the Academy Building for the Colby Sawyer College into new town offices for the town of New London. The historic structure was lifted and moved onto the front lawn, while Milestone constructed a new foundation. The building was then placed on the new foundation and totally renovated into a three level town building. The work included the restoration of the bell tower and the exterior of the building. The project was designed by Dignard Architectural Services.

Milestone worked on the town of New London in the early development and bonding to construct the renovation and additions for the New London Police Department and Court Offices. The building, formerly the New London Town Offices was completely renovated. An addition and sally port were constructed to accommodate the current needs of the New London Police Department. The project was designed by Dignard Architectural Services.

Milestone worked with the Town of Litchfield in the early development, and bonding to construct a 7,300 Town Office and Police Station. Working under tight budget constraint, Milestone and the architects, The HL Turner Group in Concord, New Hampshire developed a wood framed facility, which met the future needs of the Town and budget of the Town of Litchfield.

The Slusser Senior Center is a two-story wood framed building that houses a community room, lounge, offices, a full-service kitchen, and recreation space. Sheerr McCrystal Palson of New London designed the facility.
