Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc. worked with the Swift Water Girl Scout Council to develop and build their new 4,300 square foot dining hall on the site of Camp Chenoa, Antrim, NH. This timber frame was built by Milestone craftsman from the ground up. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.

Milestone worked with The Eli and Bessie Cohen Foundation to construct an 11,000 square foot dining hall at Camp Tel Nor after the original dining hall was destroyed by fire. Working on this fast track project, Milestone broke ground just after the holiday season and had the project ready for occupancy in early June for the summer camp season. The project was designed by Lavallee/Brensinger Architects, PA.

Milestone performed renovations and additions for Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club. The project included the gutting of an existing clubhouse and a major reconstruction of the building under a very aggressive schedule during the winter shutdown. The project includes restaurant facilities, locker rooms, clubhouse facilities, pro shop and cart storage. The project was designed by Zmistowski Design Group, LLC.

Milestone constructed the South Cove Recreation Building for the Eastman Community Association in Grantham, New Hampshire. The project was built to LEED Silver standards. The building includes a lap and swimming pool, fitness room, locker rooms, activity rooms, lounge area, and offices. The structure is a combination of timber frame, pre-fabricated wall panels, and Structural Insulated Panel system (SIPs) roof structure. The project was designed by Warrenstreet Architects.
