Milestone restored Oak Lodge on the shores of Lake Sunapee. The house, built in 1892 was in serious disrepair. The house is a carpenter gothic gingerbread design. Milestone restored all the millwork on the house and introduced the sweeping curved stair that brings visitors to the lake. The interior of the house was updated with new baths and a kitchen, while saving all the existing woodwork inside.

Milestone constructed this 10,000 square foot estate in Bedford, New Hampshire. The property includes a 6,400 square foot main house and a 3,600 square foot guesthouse with pool. Milestone craftsmen installed all of the detailed millwork throughout the home.
