process, Milestone will analyze a project to establish the most advantageous
format for contracting the work. They can be the Construction Manager
and subcontract the project to various specialty subcontractors. Or
Milestone can administer the negotiation or bidding of the project
with the general contractor, and act as your Project Manager to administer
the construction. You, the owner, have the ability to decide which
format is the best for you, and take part in the process to the depth
and the extent that you desire. |
