Project Management
We are experienced project managers. We keep the project on schedule, on budget, and at the quality level demanded. At Milestone we utilize Prolog Manager™ to manage the process. This software allows us to manage subcontractors, materials, submittals, changes, and the project log allowing both the owner and Milestone to obtain the status of all those items at a moment’s notice.
We utilize Primavera Sure Trac™ scheduling software to produce a schedule early on in the project, modify it as design develops, and monitor and update it as the project progresses, so that both the owner and Milestone know the schedule status at any time.
